The Associate Recruiter will support the Recruiting Director and Agency Recruiter in building the future of Farmers Insurance across Indiana. This role will focus on sourcing, pre-screening, and onboarding prospective agency owners and team members to help expand our agency footprint and support growth across the state.

Farmers Insurance has an ambitious vision to triple market share in Indiana and is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven individual who can help build an elite recruiting pipeline. Responsibilities

Source and connect with potential insurance agent candidates

Conduct candidate outreach and initial qualification interviews

Assist with licensing, onboarding, and new agent launch processes

Maintain recruiting activity tracking and follow-up systems

Partner with the recruiting team to build a strong pipeline of future agents


Requirements

1+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or leadership preferred

Proven track record of success in a sales or recruiting

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed

Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance licenses
