Job Title: Part-Time Personal Executive Assistant & HR Manager
Location: Camarillo, CA
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour doe
Schedule: Part-time (with potential to transition to full-time as business needs grow)
  • Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:30p.m.
About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant & HR Manager to support the President of the company. This hybrid role blends administrative excellence, project coordination, and human resource management. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing HR functions while providing executive-level support.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with task management and miscellaneous projects
  • Assist with social media campaigns and marketing responsibilities
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Human Resources Management
  • Oversee HR compliance, including federal and state employment regulations.
  • Administer and track mandatory employee training programs.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations matters professionally and discreetly.
  • Maintain organized personnel records and HR documentation.
Qualifications
