We are seeking a creative HR Assistant with exceptional communication skills to join our team. This position is a key support role for all HR functions. The HR Assistant will work closely with managers, associates and community partners and be a team player and contributor to the company culture.
Hours (24 hours):
This role will support the front desk on Mondays and Fridays from 8 AM – 5 PM. The remaining schedule can be flexible and discussed during the interview process.
Job Duties:
  • Receptionist front desk support on Mondays and Fridays
  • Assist HR Team throughout full recruitment and onboarding process
  • Prepare, maintain and audit employee files
  • Assist HR team in daily tasks and projects
  • Assist Payroll amp; Benefits during Open Enrollment period
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Preparing HR communications and newsletters
Knowledge and Skills Preferred
  • Professional communicator with both written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
