HR Assistant / HR Intern (Onsite)

Location: Stroudsburg Mill – Delaware Water Gap, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23/hour (W2)

Job Summary:
Seeking an HR Assistant / HR Intern to support onsite Human Resources operations at our Stroudsburg manufacturing facility. This role assists with onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administrative tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment. Ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation

  • Present orientation materials using PowerPoint

  • Organize and maintain employee files (paper and electronic)

  • Perform data entry and basic HR reporting

  • Conduct floor walks to support new hires and employee engagement

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle sensitive information

  • Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment
