CONTROLLER

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTROLLER

  • Lead the Month-End, Quarter, & Year-End Closes
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures in compliance with US GAAP
  • Review and prepare bank & account reconciliations
  • Lead your team of 3
  • Oversee AP & AR work
  • Lead the interim and annual audit requests
  • Assist with any ERP related questions and implementations
  • Work with Operations to implement standard cost accounting practices along with improving margins
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR CONTROLLER
  • 5+ years of General Accounting preferably in Manufacturing
  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
  • MBA/CPA/CMA welcomed
  • ERP Experience
  • Cost Accounting is a plus

Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 Base + Bonus
