HFO oversees a highly diversified ecosystem of investments, operating companies, and strategic initiatives spanning blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, private equity, healthcare, biotechnology, agriculture, real estate, and emerging technologies.

More than a traditional family office, HFO operates as an interconnected network of ventures, ideas, and high-impact initiatives focused on innovation, operational excellence, and building enduring value across industries. It is a team of hardworking, intellectually curious, and affable individuals who are elite in their domains and genuinely want to change the world.

This is a fast-moving, intellectually rigorous environment built for people who thrive in complexity, think several steps ahead, and naturally create order at scale.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing complex calendars, organizing information across multiple initiatives, capturing highly detailed meeting notes, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, and execution across the office.

This role is fully on-site in Longmont, Colorado and requires flexibility for domestic and international travel alongside the Principal as needed.
