Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:

• Supervise and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Coordinate and assist with the annual budgeting process alongside department leaders
