Key Responsibilities – Controller

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, financial statement preparation, and audit coordination.
  • As Controller, monitor inventory control, cash management, and foreign currency transactions.
  • Develop and standardize procedures, implement KPI’s and controls, and improve process efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the budget and forecasting process and serve as a strategic resource, in the capacity of Controller, for business planning and decision making.

What We’re Looking For – Controller

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Cost experience preferred.
