Salary: $140,000–$164,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Oversee accounting and finance operations across 150+ properties including HUD, Rural Development, and public housing programs
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple entities
• Partner with CFO on annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Drive process improvements across accounting and reporting functions, improving efficiency and modernizing legacy processes
