Weโ€™re partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in Waukesha, WI that is seeking a hands-on, analytical Divisional Controller to serve as a key financial leader within their production facility.


This is a highly visible, business-critical role working directly with plant leadership to drive performance, improve processes, and strengthen financial visibility across the operation.


What youโ€™ll do:

โ€ข Lead all plant financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance activities (GAAP)

โ€ข Own cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis to improve profitability

โ€ข Drive budgeting and forecasting aligned with operational goals

โ€ข Strengthen internal controls and support audit readiness

โ€ข Partner closely with plant leadership to influence operational decision-making

โ€ข Lead and develop cross-functional teams in a continuous improvement environment
