Key Responsibilities - Plant Controller
  • Lead all finance and accounting activities for the Wisconsin manufacturing facilities, including month-end close, financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs, labor efficiency, productivity, and operational KPIs.
  • Oversee standard costing, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, production budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Maintain and strengthen SOX internal controls while ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
  • Lead, develop, and support a team of approximately six accounting professionals.
Qualifications - Plant Controller
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including experience as a Manufacturing Plant Controller.
  • Strong leadership, cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis experience with the ability to partner effectively with Operations.
