Plant Controller Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in financial management preferred
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and internal controls
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access
