How does ZipRecruiter distribute my job posting?

Jobs are distributed to 100+ top job boards and millions of candidates through daily job alert emails, instant SMS job alerts, and our mobile apps in order to find you the most qualified candidates as quickly as possible.

How long does it take?

Currently, over 80% of jobs on ZipRecruiter start to receive qualified, talented candidates in just one day. Until you close your job ad, we will continue to match your job with potential candidates and notify them to apply.

Is there a limit on candidates I can receive?

No. We never limit the number of candidates or applications you receive.

What is the commitment?

Subscribe monthly or annually. If you decide to cancel your subscription, it will be cancelled at the end of your subscription period (and you won’t be billed again).

What happens if I downgrade my plan?

Once the term of your current plan ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the price of the downgraded plan. If your new plan includes fewer job postings, your oldest jobs (over the allowed count) will be automatically removed from the job boards.

Can I increase my number of job postings at any time?

Yes. Simply head over to your Account page. From there, you can add additional job slots or upgrade your plan.
