About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Controller to support our client's accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong accounting leader who can step in quickly, oversee financial operations, and provide stability and structure to the organization. Acumatica or similar ERP/accounting software exposure is a big plus for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close
  • Manage and review financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and GAAP
  • Lead and support the accounting team, providing guidance and oversight
  • Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support key business decisions
  • Utilize accounting software — Acumatica experience strongly preferred — to manage and streamline financial processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an accounting leadership role, such as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accountant ready to step up
