Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
  • Analyze business performance, pricing, costs, and financial opportunities while connecting accounting results to broader business objectives.
  • Partner with the CFO and leadership team on business cases, budgeting, forecasting, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two direct reports while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Support continued growth of the organization, including opportunities to expand responsibilities into the dealership side of the business.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, ideally including Controller or accounting leadership experience.
