The Regional Controller will lead financial operations and strategic planning for the Atlanta 400 branch, combining controllership responsibilities with FP&A to support profitability, cash flow management, and operational decision-making. This role partners with project managers, branch leadership, and regional executives to provide financial guidance, assess risks and opportunities, and drive operational growth.Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Analyze branch financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide financial insights to branch and project leadership to inform investment and operational decisions.
  • Partner with Operations, Estimating, and Administration to align financial and operational goals.

Financial Controls
  • Manage internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee accuracy and completeness of financial statements and subledgers.
  • Monitor cash flow, asset management, and project cost tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of labor, materials, and other project costs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in financial management with controllership or FP&A focus.
  • Construction industry experience preferred, not required.
  • MBA, CPA, or other relevant certifications preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with executive leadership and navigate growth/change initiatives.
