Aquatech has an immediate opening for a full-time Regional  Controller, to join our team. This person will work out of our  Albany Or office location. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.

  • Identify and communicate economic trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage all aspects of the organization’s accounting processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Responsible for all A/R, A/P, Payroll, banking, purchasing transactions. 
  • Assist with external auditors to ensure compliance with overall organization policies and procedures.
  • Financial reporting.
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance
  • Assist with Month end close
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Required - Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) 
  • Ten or more years of progressive accounting and controllership experience
