RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead all regionalaccounting and financialreporting activities including identifying opportunities to expedite the month-end close process.
  • Ensure the timelyand accurate preparationofmonthly, quarterly, andannual financial statements.
  • Lead and develop a process to monitor financial performanceand provide analysisof key businessdrivers, trends, andvariances.
  • Provide recommendationsto improve profitabilityand operational efficiency.
Accounting & Compliance

  • Oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, andmonth-end/year-end closeprocesses.

  • Lead, mentor, anddevelop regional accountingand finance staff.

  • Evaluate and improvefinancial processes andreporting systems.
  • Support acquisitions,integrations, and otherspecial projects asneeded.
QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, orrelated field required.
  • MBA or advanceddegree is aplus.
Experience
  • 8-12 yearsof progressive accountingand finance experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years ina leadership orcontrollerrole.
  • Experience overseeing multi-location or regionalfinancial operations.
  • Strong knowledge ofGAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Experience with Sageaccounting software and Service Titan ispreferred.
  • Experience in the commercial HVAC and plumbing industry is preferred.
  • Periodic regional Travel - 10%-25%
