Als Sales Controller sind Sie der zentrale Finance‑Business‑Partner für die Vertriebsorganisation im DACH‑Cluster. Sie unterstützen fundierte Entscheidungsfindung, steuern Trade Investments und tragen aktiv zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Profitabilität bei.

Als Sales Controller spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle in der finanziellen Steuerung des Kundengeschäfts. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsteams und Vertriebsleitung analysieren, planen und steuern Sie Umsatz, Profitabilität und Trade Investments und liefern entscheidungsrelevante Insights für das Management.
Sie berichten an den Director Sales Finance und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:

1. Business Partnering & Vertriebsunterstützung

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenteams zur Steuerung von Umsatz‑ und Profitabilitätsentwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei Finanzplanung, monatlicher Rückstellungsbildung und Business Reviews
  • Erstellung kundenspezifischer Analysen und Bearbeitung von Ad‑hoc‑Anfragen
  • Unterstützung bei Jahresgesprächen und nationalen/internationalen Projekten
  • Finanzielle Steuerung der Division in enger Abstimmung mit den Vertriebsleitern (Prestige & Consumer Beauty)

2. Reporting, Planung & Analyse

  • Erstellung des monatlichen Reportings inkl. Abweichungsanalysen
  • Analyse der Ergebnisse und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der monatlichen Kundenprofitabilität sowie der Jahres‑Profitabilitätsplanung
  • Durchführung von Detail‑ und Ad‑hoc‑Analysen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Pflege von Planungsdateien und Unterstützung der Kundenteams in der Konditionsplanung
  • Identifikation von Einspar‑ und Optimierungspotenzialen in Trade‑Investment‑Budgets
  • Unterstützung im monatlichen S&OP‑Prozess sowie im jährlichen Budgetprozess
  • Mitarbeit bei Preisanalysen und Listenpreisanpassungen

3. Accrual Accounting, Compliance & Freigaben

  • Eigenständige Koordination und Bearbeitung von Monatsabschlusstätigkeiten
  • Kalkulation und Plausibilitätsprüfung monatlicher Rückstellungen für Kundenkonditionen
  • Analyse und Tracking von Trade‑Investment‑Rückstellungen inkl. Bilanzabstimmungen
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Kundenkonditionen (Rabatte, Promotionen, WKZ, Bonusabrechnungen)
  • Sicherstellung von Compliance‑ und Audit‑Anforderungen (intern & extern)
