Job description

BlueForce Inc. is seekingย Technical Controllers for the Mission Control Center (MCC) in support of the USAF Air Combat Command Air Operations Squadron (HQ ACC/AOS) at Langley AFB, Hampton, VA.
Do you enjoy working 3-4 days a week? Are you open to rotating shifts? If you have the technical expertise to assist in the safe execution of worldwide fighter aircraft movements, then this position is for you. The Technical Controller will be responsible for administratively supporting CORONET missions through phases of planning, execution, and delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with government personnel and worldwide aviation agencies.
  • Coordinate delivery of all mission assigned aircraft.
  • Track the safe and timely delivery of aircraft.
  • Prepare, track, and maintain detailed records on all missions.
  • Compile, edit and transmit mission reports detailing aircraft delivery flight activity.
  • Provide requested mission data to applicable parties and perform data entry into the AOS software program ADIS.
  • Maintain an โ€œon-callโ€ status (when scheduled for duty) and be able to timely respond/report to the MCC within 60 minutes notification.
  • Possess an active Secret clearance.
  • At least 5 years of military experience in flight operations administration, base operations, Air Operations Center, rated aviation management or related fields;ย to perform support functions for at least 67% of the schedule time and 100% of the time when increased Ops Tempo.ย 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior command and control experience is desired.
