KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTROLLER:

  1. Financial Statements: Manage the financial statements ensuring accuracy.
  2. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Month-End Close: Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.
