Our Assistant Accounting Manager provides critical support to clients, delivering valuable insights into day-to-day and long-term financial strategies. In addition to general accounting responsibilities, such as maintaining ledgers and creating financial statements, you'll support clients with managing payroll, processing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining regulatory compliance. With an analytical mindset, you'll assist clients with preparing budgets, forecasting financial needs, coordinating audits, and additional responsibilities as needed. You'll ensure clients' records are accurate, financial processes are properly completed, and all activities comply with industry standards.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM OUR ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER?

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in governmental or nonprofit accounting
  • Strong fund accounting knowledge
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel
