Job description
- CFS is working with a well-established construction services organization to hire an Accounting Office Manager. This role is a key position supporting daily operations and company leadership, offering meaningful ownership and visibility
- The organization provides specialized construction access solutions and has built a strong reputation and long-term client relationships
- The Accounting Office Manager will oversee core accounting functions while working closely with internal stakeholders, making this a hands-on and impactful role
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity
- Prepare and review financial statements and internal financial reports
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- 4+ years' accounting experience required
- Experience working in a one person or small accounting department preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field a plus
- Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Salary: $75,000
Schedule: 100% on site in Upper Marlboro, MD Monday-Friday
