Stone Mart is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help with a variety of tasks including office work,  marketing support, accounting, and sales assistance as needed. This position plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the team.

Responsibilities:
      - Assist with general office tasks and admistrative support
      - Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
      -Perform bank and credit card reconcilitation
      -Familiar with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
