Accounting Coordinator

Bill Rate: $30-34/HR on W2

Remote/Hybrid/In-person: In Person

Location: 2 Broadway, Mezzanine | New York, N.Y. 10004 - M-F 8-5

Resource's typical working day:

  • Assist with controller
  • Invoice coding for approval
  • Assist with billing to different business lines
  • Made up of one building – 4 business entities
  • Monthly funding requests
  • Follow ups with vendors

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience with Procurement systems
  • Understand the funding process
  • Understand the invoicing process

Nice to have skills:

  • Commercial Real Estate would be a huge plus

Years of Experience: 2-4 years Assistant accountant, bookkeeper, accounting clerk, accounting coordinator Commercial experience would be a plus

Education: High School Diploma

Software skills: MS Office Suite, Procurement system platform
