Brookfield Public Schools is seeking an amazing Accounting Supervisor to join our team.
Position Title: Accounting Supervisor
Location: Town School Offices
Position Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Position
Position Summary:
Brookfield Public Schools is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee and coordinate district accounting and business functions. This position supports the Director of Business and Operations and supervises accounting staff to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant financial operations.
Supervises:
Accounts Payable Coordinator, Payroll Coordinator and Accounting Clerk
Essential Duties:
  • Supervise district accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll coordination, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate Free and Reduced Lunch, My School Bucks, preschool billing, and related cash management functions
  • Prepare required state and district financial reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and support business office operations as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher Required (accounting/finance)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of accounting or finance experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation:
Experience Dependent, $90,000 +
