Agile Coach & Scrum Master – Retail CRM Delivery Context

Mission Context

Support our client’s retail CRM transformation and global rollout. The role blends Agile coaching with operational delivery management to ensure program streams meet milestones and governance standards.

Key Capabilities
  • Agile Leadership: Coaching teams and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban; driving maturity uplift and continuous improvement.
  • Delivery Management: Facilitation of ceremonies, backlog refinement, dependency resolution, and sprint predictability tracking.
  • Retail CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, and POS integration.
  • Governance & Reporting: Risk/issue management, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting using Jira/Confluence dashboards.
  • Change Enablement: Aligning IT and business streams, supporting UAT coordination, and managing stakeholder communication.
Profile
  • Proven track record in Agile delivery for CRM programs (Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, Dynamics).
  • Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; pragmatic and operational mindset.
  • Comfortable working in distributed, multi-time-zone environments with retail stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/CSM), SAFe Agilist or SPC, Agile Project Management.
