- Serve in a consultative capacity, influencing teams without direct managerial responsibility.
Agile Coach Qualifications
- 10+ years of Agile coaching experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in change management, organizational design, and cultural transformation at scale.
- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Agile Coach Preferred Credentials
- Certified Agile Coach ( ICP-Client, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional ( CSP), SAFe Program Consultant ( SPC), or equivalent credentials.
