What is an agile coach?

An Agile coach teaches a team how to use Agile methods effectively. Your primary duties involve introducing Agile methodology into an organization, training staff and management in the system, and overseeing its use for projects. Many coaches take on a supervisor or project manager role during the coaching process. This career requires a background in information technology (IT), which often includes a bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or a related field and Scrum certification.
