Qualifications :

·       10+ years working in an agile culture with deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban and Lean Agile frameworks

·       7+ years working in an agile environment as a coach

·       7+ years working in an agile environment as a Product Owner or Scrum Master Demonstrated experience coaching at least 2 agile teams concurrently, through a multiyear agile transformation

·       Experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation with demonstrated experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling frameworks and deep understanding of agile values and principles

Education:

·       Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience

·       Scrum Master, and Product Owner certification

·       Agile Coach certifications
