PROLIM Global Corporation (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking a Lead Agile Coach for location Dallas, Texas, United States for one of our Top clients. 

Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, including remote coaching for multiple teams.

• Demonstrated experience implementing Scrum with new or maturing teams.

• Experience working with distributed cross-functional teams in technology environments.

• Multiple Agile certifications required (e.g., CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PSM II/III, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, SA, SPC, KMP).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to coach teams and leaders.

• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365.

• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to balance consistency with adaptability.

• Commitment to fostering a positive, learning-focused team culture.
