Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master for a hybrid role in Chanhassen, MN. Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile principles, Scrum values, and efficient delivery. Must have 5+ years as a Scrum Master, strong team facilitation experience, and expertise in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks. Requires excellent communication, problem solving, and leadership skills. Scrum Master certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Teach Agile/Scrum principles and drive team performance
  • Guide teams to achieve product/sprint goals
  • Mentor teams, stakeholders, and leaders in team empowerment, self-management, and continuous improvement
  • Remove impediments/blockers and coach teams to resolve challenges
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams for self-organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years in Agile development, 5+ years as a Scrum Master (multiple teams)
