Agile Coach (SAFe 6 SPC) - Reston, VA / Washington, DC - Hybrid local to any of these location needed GC,USC SAFe 6 SPC-certified Agile Coach with 10+ years in Lean/Agile, 5+ years coaching and delivering SAFe trainings (Teams, Leadership, Scrum Masters), strong digital product & healthcare background, and proven experience leading large-scale Agile transformations. Video Interview but can ask for onsite We are seeking a SAFe 6 Certified Agile Coach (SPC) to support enterprise-wide Lean-Agile transformation for a leading Healthcare Insurance organization. This role involves 50% SAFe training & coaching and 50% hands-on Agile coaching for Scrum development teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Train Scrum teams on SAFe 6 Framework, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Value Streams, and Lean-Agile practices
  • Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement
  • Support enterprise Agile adoption and digital product transformation
  • Conduct SAFe-certified trainings (SAFe for Teams, Leadership, Scrum Masters)
  • Mature Agile mindset, flow, productivity, predictability, and quality
  • Identify blockers, drive transparency, and improve enterprise agility
  • Work with leadership on Agile strategy, roadmap, and metrics
  • Lead ART execution, launch preparation, and continuous learning cycles
Required Skills
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) 6.0 Certification - Mandatory
  • 10+ years in Agile/Lean methodologies
  • 5+ years as an Agile Coach & SAFe trainer
  • Strong experience in enterprise Agile transformation
  • Proven delivery of SAFe-certified training curriculum
  • Expertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and digital product environments
  • Must have Healthcare domain background
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership coaching skills
  • Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of experience
