• Excellent communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Understanding of software development processes and procedures
• Ability to track and report progress against project goals
• Knowledge of tools and techniques for effective product backlog management
• Experience with metrics and analytics to measure
• Professional Scrum Master I Certification Required and SAFe Agilist Certification preferred

Job Summary:
-Mayo Clinic's Scrum Leader will work in the Center for Digital Health, with the purpose of extending our agile expertise and helping deliver digital solutions and products to consumers, patients, and providers to improve their health journey.
-The Scrum Leader facilities workflows in a scrum environment, ensuring that members of the team follow through on their respective duties and responsibilities.
-Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
-Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
-Collaborates with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering and Experience Design partners to ensure successful deliver

-Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
