Below are the requirements for this role
Agile mindset, not just doing Agile
Collaborate with Delivery Manager and Product Managers
Facilitate all Agile development ceremonies
Experienced in serving multiple teams (2-4 teams)
Work closely with other teams to remove blockers
Maintaining Backlog and Sprints in JIRA
5-7 Years of overall work experience, 3-4 Years as Scrum Master
Willing to perform duties outside the typical scope of a Scrum Master - No purist Scrum Masters please
Ability to motivate teams to deliver in an Agile fashion
