Specific Responsibilities Would Include
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Planner to join our sports and emerging brands team. In this role, you will lead key planning and strategic initiatives, utilizing both top-down and bottom-up approaches to help achieve financial targets and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong expertise in replenishment planning, wholesale planning and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Replenishment Planning
  • Collaborate on the development of bottom-up ladder plans for major accounts and programs to optimize assortments and drive sales
  • Monitor SKU- and size-level retail sales and wholesale shipping projections to ensure effective open-to-buy (OTB) management and timely procurement
  • Develop and distribute weekly reports on replenishment sales performance and inventory levels
  • Partner with sales teams to analyze performance, recommend inventory models, maximize replenishment SKUs, and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage replenishment tools to maximize sales while controlling inventory to meet turnover and weeks of supply (WOS) targets
  • Monitor and report on aged inventory across all replenishment styles
  • Communicate risks and opportunities related to stock levels and account feedback to key stakeholders
  • Create and manage sales orders to support inventory needs
  • Review sales ladders, demand forecasts, shipping projections, and inventory availability with merchandising and sales teams on a weekly basis

Account Planning & Analysis
  • Create and distribute weekly reports and dashboards on sales and inventory performance
  • Maintain and update wholesale topline forecasts by account
  • Support market processes by preparing assortment targets for each account
  • Prepare corporate reporting for business reviews

Inventory Planning
  • Develop 12-month forward projections for core replenishment SKUs
  • Manage inventory to meet target WOS, including coordinating monthly buys with production partners
  • Oversee work-in-progress (WIP) and available-to-sell (ATS) inventory to maximize sales and reduce aged stock

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • 3-5 years of planning experience
  • Required experience in replenishment planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: $71,200-$90,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
