This Role:

Quadbridge is looking for a driven Account Manager in the Greater Montreal Area. This is a high-impact, sales role focused on building strong relationships, prospecting new clients, and delivering tailored IT solutions through a solution-selling approach. If you're a self-starter, with a builder mindset, who thrives on relationship-driven selling, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Build your own prospecting list, through personal research, then canvas all of your prospects by phone to bring new customers to the company. Your list of prospects can span all of North America – The search for new business opportunities is greatly favored.
  • Outbound calls to new and existing customers in Canada and the United States.
  • Continually maintain good relations with your prospects and your customers in order to retain them over the long term, which means: hearing their problems, offering them solutions and advice that meet their needs, being creative to find these solutions.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers in order to offer attractive prices to your customers and increase your profit

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant sales experience, with a focus on managing mid-to-large size accounts and navigating complex, long sales cycles.
  • Can thrive in an unstructured and dynamic environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven approach to success
  • Consistently positive attitude, fostering strong relationships with both clients and team members.
