As an Absence Management professional, your daily responsibilities usually include reviewing and processing employee leave requests, maintaining accurate leave records, and ensuring all absences comply with legal and company policies. You may partner closely with HR teams, managers, and third-party vendors to coordinate accommodations and manage return-to-work processes.
