Shift: Shift 1/ to
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $21.54 - $25.31 / hour
Summary
Assists with entry of leave cases including Seasonal Months Off, Medical Leaves of Absence and Personal Leaves requests. Obtains completed request forms, physician certifications and return to work releases and updates status accordingly. Provides verbal and written communication to employees and leaders throughout the process, as applicable. Monitors and tracks leaves of absences, status changes and data collection. Completes audit reports regularly to ensure employee status information accuracy. Cross-trained in Absence Management team duties and assists and serves as backup as needed.
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1 year of Human Resource experience preferred.
Certification: N/A
License: N/A
Other: Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Data entry skills, general computer skills, and Microsoft Office skills required. Customer service skills, and ability to operate office equipment (phone, fax, copier, credit card machine).
