Job Overview
We are excited to offer a paid internship opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of human resources. This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to develop their skills in HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition within a supportive environment. As part of our HR team, you will assist with various projects and daily operations, helping us foster an inclusive and efficient workplace. Fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce and support bilingual initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with sourcing candidates through social media management, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like MyWorkLife and job postings.
Help coordinate employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and well-informed.
Assist with data collection and entry related to employee records, benefits administration, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
Participate in employee evaluation processes by preparing documentation and supporting performance management activities.
Contribute to benefits administration tasks, including enrollment assistance and benefits communication strategies.
Support HR projects related to change management, organization design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning initiatives.
Engage in training & development activities by helping organize workshops or training sessions aimed at workforce growth.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for effective communication across diverse teams.
Strong organizational skills with experience in data entry, project management, or administrative roles.
Familiarity with HR software such as Workday, Paychex, UltiPro, or ADP is a plus.
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-to facilitate clear interactions with team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrated interest in human capital management, employment law (FMLA, OSHA), and HR sourcing strategies.
