HR / Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Coordinator to support key human resources and payroll functions. This is a full-time temporary position with responsibility for weekly payroll, employee benefits, recruiting, and general HR administration.
Location: Pompano Beach, FL.
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

Responsibilities
  • Process and run weekly payroll using Paychex and Google Time
  • Review employee timekeeping and ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Recruit, screen, and coordinate interviews with job applicants
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to employee questions
  • Assist with general HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee information
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in HR, payroll, or a combination of both
  • Experience with Paychex and/or timekeeping systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
