Responsibilities

At Catholic Health, our primary focus is the way we treat and serve our communities. We work collaboratively to provide compassionate care and utilize evidence-based practice to improve outcomes - to every patient, every time.

The Staffing timekeeper is responsible for evaluating and reconciling daily departmental staffing with particular attention to overtime, call time, benefit time and work shifts in order to process payroll. The incumbent will act as liaison to Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Managers, Nursing Directors, HR, IT and Payroll. 

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile prior days staffing
  • Validate accuracy of call schedules
  • Run benefit report and validate Staffing availability of time
  • Must be able to run and analyze a variety of reports and send them out to the departments to address
  • Track Agency floating and approval of time
  • Review timecards for accuracy and appropriate pay
  • Approve timecards for payroll on Payroll weekend/Payroll Monday by deadline
  • Communicate with ANM/NM/Directors regarding Pay Policies
  • Ensure accurate floating of Staff
  • Assign one to one Job transfer for Safety and Behavioral sitters for tracking purposes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two years' experience in accounting or staffing and scheduling.
  • UKG/ Payroll or scheduling experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office- Excel, Outlook
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal), mathematical skills, and critical thinking skills
  • Flexible work schedule, holidays and weekends required
  • Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
Pay RangeUSD $24.00 - USD $34.00 /Hr.Qualifications

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
