What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of CFS to our clients. You will sell our staffing and recruiting services by:
- Developing and growing new business accounts
- Building lasting relationships with clients across industries
- Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to account management
- Connecting via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
- Delivering win-win solutions that drive success for clients and candidates
