What You'll Be DoingAs our National Business Development Manager, you'll lead from the front-driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding Nextech's national footprint, and cultivating highvalue partnerships that fuel longterm success.
  • Identify, develop, and close new corporate and national business opportunities that drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Build and execute a growth strategy focused on financial performance and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Research industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive activity to uncover emerging opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Arrange and lead highimpact business meetings with potential customers and strategic partners
  • Evaluate new market opportunities, customer needs, and potential equity investments
  • Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, financials, risks, and growth potential for new ventures
  • Develop negotiation strategies and lead contract development, negotiations, and execution

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in sales planning, territory management, and closing complex deals
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and building longterm client relationships
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to prospect, build rapport, and sell solutions aligned to customer needs
