This remote contract role is ideal for a self-motivated facilitator with a track record of building engaging, impactful training experiences for both internal and external audiences in fast‐paced, collaborative settings. commensurate with experience, W2 through C2 Benefits: All C2 talent working 30+ hours/week for 30 days are eligible for medical, dental, optional vision, life insurance, and PTO accrual. 401(k) with match is available after 90 days Technology: Talent must provide their own hardware Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the division's digital training strategy for the client's internal and external customers Design and deliver engaging product and installation training programs, leveraging modern web-based platforms, e-learning modules, and webinars via the client's training portal (e.g., "Academy") Collaborate closely with marketing, technical service, and sales to ensure all training is brand-consistent and focused on the client's value proposition for each product category Select and utilize the most effective digital training tools (such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, or Docebo) to create interactive learning experiences Develop and manage course content, assessments, and participant resources in a learning management system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, SkillJar, Litmos, Talent LMS, LearnUpon, Cornerstone Learning, TOPYX, or similar) Deliver virtual instructor‐led sessions and facilitate webinars for diverse audiences Measure training effectiveness, collect feedback, and iterate programs for continuous improvement Track project budgets and ensure development and execution align with established guidelines Qualifications Required: Demonstrated experience designing and delivering digital training for product-based organizations, ideally in manufacturing, technical, or B2B settings Hands‐on proficiency with e-learning authoring tools: Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, Camtasia (for screen/voice), Vyond or After Effects (optional motion) or comparable Experience administering and creating content within a learning management system (LMS): SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, Skilljar, Litmos, LearnUpon, Cornerstone, TalentLMS, TOPYX (or similar) Proven skill in facilitating virtual instructor‐led training and webinars Collaborative working style; able to partner with marketing, product, technical, and sales stakeholders Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills Comfortable managing training program budgets and delivering projects on time Nice to Have: Prior experience developing training for adhesives, sealants, or other technical product lines Adult learning/Instructional Design certification (e.g., CPLP, ATD, or similar) Experience supporting global or multilingual audiences Not your type of gig, but know someone who would be interested?
