Position Summary


The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role drives process improvement, technology adoption, data quality, reporting, and performance analytics to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of Revenue Operations experience with hands-on expertise in CRM administration, marketing automation, and revenue technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue process from lead generation through customer retention.
  • Manage and own CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and user adoption.
  • Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms, lead scoring, routing prospects, and campaign attribution.
  • Build dashboards and KPIs to measure pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement technology solutions that eliminate manual work (e.g., AI solutions or bots).
  • Maintain the revenue technology stack (Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and evaluate new tools that improve productivity.
  • Develop executive reporting and provide insights to leadership on pipeline and revenue trends.
  • Document and standardize sales and marketing processes.
  • Support annual planning and forecasting.


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations experience.
  • Experience administering Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable CRM. HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with AI automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
