The Role

Wpromote is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to drive business performance through strategic analytics, forecasting, operational excellence, and scalable program development. This individual contributor role partners closely with Revenue, Client Services, Finance, and Executive Leadership to transform complex business data into actionable insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and develop programs that increase organizational effectiveness.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $157,000 - $175,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective stateโ€™s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.

This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.

*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

**While this role offers the flexibility to work remote, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where you can join in on learning and development opportunities, fun events, take advantage of a space to work, and collaborate in person!

You Will Be
  • Developing and maintaining executive reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and business performance insightsAnalyzing revenue, pipeline, client, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Building forecasting models and performance measurement frameworks that support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Partnering with leaders across Revenue, Finance, and Operations to improve forecasting accuracy and business visibility
  • Driving quarterly and annual planning processes through scenario modeling and business analysis
  • Designing and implementing programs that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Supporting the development and ongoing management of incentive compensation in partnership with Finance and People Operations
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives involving process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational transformation
  • Establishing governance, documentation, and adoption strategies that support long-term success
  • Translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
    Continuously evaluating and optimizing processes to improve business performance
You Must Have
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Finance, Consulting, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Experience building forecasting models, executive dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within CRM and revenue technology ecosystems, preferably Salesforce
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
