Job Description:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to help First Stop Health make better commercial decisions and run more effectively. This role brings together reliable reporting, clean data, practical analysis and well-managed processes so Growth leaders can understand performance and act quickly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting the details right and finding the story behind the numbers. You will own core Revenue Operations work, improve how it gets done and identify trends, risks and opportunities that need attention.

This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and works closely with teams across Sales Enablement, Growth Strategy, Finance, Data Enablement, Sales, Client Success and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Own recurring sales, pipeline, forecast, productivity and performance reporting
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools, connect data from different sources and resolve data-quality issues
  • Analyze pipeline, close rates, sales velocity, client performance, pricing and market segments to explain what is driving results and surface opportunities for action
  • Support forecasting and planning through analysis of pipeline, productivity, capacity, territories, quotas and commissions
  • Support standard pricing, guarantee, Impact Analysis and Deal Desk work within established guidelines
  • Manage reporting and analysis requests from Growth and Client Success leaders with clear expectations and reliable follow-through
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for Salesforce and other Growth tools, and support testing and rollout
  • Improve recurring work through better documentation, simpler processes, automation and quality controls

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, analytics or a related role
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience working with Salesforce
  • A careful, practical approach to data: you check your work, question inconsistencies and document assumptions
  • The ability to move beyond producing reports and clearly explain what the numbers mean
  • Strong organization and follow-through when managing recurring deadlines and requests from multiple partners
  • Clear written and verbal communication with both business and technical teams
  • Curiosity, sound judgment and a desire to improve how work gets done
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred
  • Preferred Experience with Gong, Apollo, Slack, Salesforce, Sigma or another business intelligence platform, SQL, pricing or Deal Desk support, and workflow automation is helpful but not required
  • Healthcare or employee benefits experience is also helpful

First Stop Health is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Research shows that women, people of color and other historically underrepresented groups tend to only apply to jobs in which they meet all the job requirements. Unsure if you check every box? Apply. We would love to consider your unique experiences and how you could make First Stop Health even better.
