  • Track and report on company-wide KPIs, surfacing trends and flagging risks/opportunities to leadership
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer strategic business questions from Sales, Marketing, or Finance

Sales & Marketing Operations Support
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Monitor funnel health (lead volume, conversion rates, deal velocity, win rates) and help identify bottlenecks

Systems & Process
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve data workflows
  • Standardize recurring reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews) to ensure consistency across teams

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1-2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related analytical role
  • Hands-on experience managing and maintaining a CRM platform (Boostr, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or native CRM reporting tools)
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail especially around data accuracy and consistency
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting metrics/findings to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting cadences and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to haves):
  • Prior experience in the media, advertising, or ad-tech ecosystem
  • Familiarity with SQL for pulling and validating data directly from source systems
  • Exposure to marketing analytics (campaign performance, attribution, funnel metrics) in addition to sales metrics
  • Experience working with sales enablement or forecasting tools

Benefits
  • Full-time position with a competitive base salary and bonus structure
  • Access to benefits, including Healthcare, Dental, and Vision
