Job Overview

The Revenue Operations Specialist works closely with the Revenue Operations team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for construction-related services provided to customers of TD&I Cable Maintenance. Duties include tracking and processing production data from the field; navigating internal billing processes using proprietary systems required by our clients; expediting, maintaining, and recording all billing transactions for reporting purposes; and calculating billing to ensure timely flow of information to our clients and our financial team.


Responsibilities:

  • Operates proprietary billing systems such as: ORCA, ACAS, BidMaster, Varrasett, WIN-QT, PINCS Site Tracker, Ariba, Spectrum - existing knowledge of any of these systems is highly desired 
  • Performs accounting, customer service, and organizational tasks to promote timely and accurate financial transactions 
  • Collaborates with customers , billing team, subcontractors, third-party providers, and other stakeholders to resolve billing inconsistencies/errors
  • Creates invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to customers
  • Inputs payment history, upcoming payment information, or other financial data into individual accounts
  • Calculates and tracks various company financial statements
  • Coordinates contacts, communications, and other basic office duties through conferences, emails, and phone processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Skills & Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in a billing coordinator/revenue specialist role
  • Knowledge of construction and/or telecommunications industry
  • Able to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures for the operation of projects and associated equipment.
  • Proficient in general computer operation, including navigating file systems and using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.), with strong data entry skills and attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent communication, time management, multi-tasking, and problem skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • In-person office setting.
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
