Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and oversight to staff members for drug value strategy operations
  • Lead team in executing contracts and oversight of rebate invoicing activities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and develop policies as needed
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external teams
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in health plan strategy or administration
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
  • Preferred: Master's degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
